2 quarts medium sized cucumbers, sliced
1 pint white vinegar
1 tsp. pickling spices
1 tsp. salt
2 cups sugar
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
Pinch Elm
In large pan, mix all ingredients and bring to boil. Cook 3-5 minutes and put immediately into sterilized pint jars and seal.
Makes 4 pints.
