Bake 425 degrees
15-18 minutes

Soften:
1 cake yeast
1/4 cup lukewarm water
Add:
1 unbeaten egg
1/4 cup tomato sauce (1/4 8 oz. can)
1 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. melted shortening or oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. chile powder
Blend throughly
Add gradually:
2 to 2 1/4 cup flour
Knead lightly on floured board until smooth (2-3 minutes)
Place in greased bowl and cover in warm place until light and doubled in size (about 1 hour).
Meanwhile, prepare toppings.
