hamburg (thawed)
1 chopped onion
small jar tomato sauce
a sleeve of saltine crackers (crushed)
1 egg
garlic
salt
Mix all by hand
350 degrees for 2 hours in a meatloaf pan

Our Grandma's Kitchen
My Grandma was a fantastic cook and never used recipes; that I ever saw. Which is funny because she has recipe boxes full of recipes that she has copied, cut out from magazines, saved off of wrappers, and all kinds of places. Some of them are recipes that we had millions of times over the years (apple dumplings), and some of them I don't ever remember her making (pineapple Chinese salad). I don't know how many of them she even tried-but for whatever reason, she thought it was a good idea to save it. So, I am pulling out a recipe a day at random to share my Grandma's kitchen.
